In shaping the future of clean energy living, the AKQA New York team was tasked with a mission to develop a Sunrun Sales Application. This robust tool empowers reps to better serve and understand solar customers, optimizing operational efficiency. By enabling sales force channel partners to unlock new opportunities and reduce attrition, the application contributes to a stronger bottom line.
I collaborated with a cross-functional team comprising skilled UX and interface designers, creative directors, product managers, and strategists. This involved weekly collaboration with client leadership, addressing immediate tasks related to potential features, brand vision, art direction, interaction design, and ultimately, facilitating design hand-off.
